Expanding Spaces for Leadership

We build and enhance capacity and knowledge of human rights defenders
in promoting and protecting the rights of persons of diverse SOGIESC.

ASC works within and beyond LGBTIQIAN+ movements. Taking seriously our principles of intersectionality, we works together with comrades across sectors, from women's rights and child rights groups to pro-democracy movements and trade unions. We work to create spaces for cross-movement and intersectional LGBTQIAN+ Advocacies.

We organize Leadership Workshops, Regional Conferences and Forums. We also advocate for more LGBTQIAN+ representation in regional human rights organizations, encouraging diversity in leadership roles.
